Find Johnny a Job

Ok, this is hard to admit; largely because part of being a public relations  business owner and being in PR, in general, is painting the impression of undominable success. No matter what the financial weather is outside, we're doing great! Lots of business! Really busy! However, I find the need for a dose of honesty.I need a job.Like most industries, PR and marketing is cyclical. And like most industries, they are struggling in the present time. So while, LT Dream Communications is not going anywhere. We do have clients. I also feel the need to suppliment my income. Now rather than cry and whine about it. Or default to working at Long John  Silver's or as a painter; jobs I've held in my career. I decided to turn this into a positive by making this an opportunity to explore careers that I may not have considered but have always interested me. There are two long-term dreams that have always shined beyond the horizon; owning a bed and breakfast and owning a coffee shop. So something that gets me closer to those dreams is certainly in the mix. I also desire to learn a little more about wine and talk radio has been a growing passion of mine in the last few years, but I am open. This is not the first time I've been through this. After a painful breakup with a job a few years back, I stumbled on to Score Atlanta and had doors open to me that wouldn't have been there otherwise. I also met Jackie Tyson and was able to work with Tour de Georgia for a couple of years, which was an awesome experience. So I'm open to any advice, opinion and opportunity that you may have. Opportunities in PR and marketing are welcome as well.
